Les PÂTES D'AMANDE
Marzipans are composed mainly of finely ground almonds and sugar cane syrup. PERLAMANDE’s exclusive recipe guarantees an exceptional quality of taste with the added aroma of almonds.
Our knowhow is denoted by a respect for the traditions of manufacturing. The syrups made with sugar and gluten-free cereals are cooked using traditional methods, in a cauldron, before being mixed with almonds or other finely ground nuts. Once the paste has been made, it is allowed to cool slowly on a cold table in order to develop all the aromas of the nuts and guarantee a slow crystallisation, which gives a texture that is smooth and delightful to the palate.
The range consists of:
- marzipans natural or coloured by organic natural products such as beetroot juice or spinach extract
- marzipans flavoured with fruit or fruit alcohols
- marzipans with conserved fruit, or with dried fruit and nuts
- marzipans with honey
