Broccoli pasta by Happy and veggy

Preparation tips

Very easy
  • 1 broccoli
  • 200ml d'Amandina culinary preparation made with almonds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Olive oil
  • Semi-wholemeal pasta
  • Optional: malted yeast, slivered almonds
  • Cut the broccoli (including the tail)
  • Cook the broccoli in salted water with the 2 garlic cloves and Herbes de Provence.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta
  • Once the broccoli is cooked, drain it, pour the Amandina into the pan, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and mix, keeping 1 or 2 florets for decoration
  • Mix the pasta with the broccoli cream and decorate with a few florets and possibly almonds To add a little cheesy taste, you can put 1 tbsp of malted yeast
