Chicken curry with raw cashew nut butter by @Vie sans gluten

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp raw cashew nut butter
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tomate pelé et coupé en petits dé
  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ tsp pepper powder (option)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 15 cl soy cream
  • 15 cl water
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Cut the chicken breast and brown the onion and chicken in olive oil over medium heat
  • As soon as the onion is translucent and the chicken is almost cooked, add the spices, tomato and tomato paste.
  • Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes
  • Add cashew nut butter, add water and soy cream.
  • Mix everything again and cover, cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat
  • Add a few fresh coriander leaves and cashew nut for the crunchy side and accompanied by basmati rice
