Almonds

Origin : Italia (Sicile) / Spain
Benefits : Contribution of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins E and B2, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium.
Contains iron, potassium and vegetable proteins.

Cashew Nut

Origin : Vietnam
Benefits : Contribution of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins B1, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Contains potassium and vegetable proteins.

The processing stages of cashew nuts is carried out in different steps:
- Harvesting and separation of seeds
- Steam treatment (flash steam) to remove the acid
- Shell breaking and cashew nut extraction
- Heat treatment to then remove the skin from the seed
- Slow drying at less than 40°C and grinding on a millstone.
85% of the employees are women. They are given work uniforms: masks, caps, and disposable gloves. Steam treatment, hull breaking and heat treatment are done mechanically to prevent injury.
Regular analyzes are carried out by our suppliers and verified by our quality department, in order to guarantee you a healthy cashew nut.

Sesame

Origin : Uganda / Paraguay / Ethiopia / Burkina Faso
Benefits : Contribution of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin B1, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and iron. Contains vitamin B2, potassium and vegetable proteins.

 

 

Pistachios

Origin : Spain
Benefits : Contribution of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin B3, potassium, and phosphorus. Contains vegetable proteins.

Peanuts :

Origin : Egypt
Benefits : Contribution of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin B9, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. Contains iron and vegetable proteins.

The reduction of intermediaries allows us to foster lasting relationships with our producers by ensuring them an annual fixed price before harvest. Guaranteeing the stability of their employment, they can live decently while considering the development of their exploitation.

The cocoa used in our products comes from the Organic & Fair Trade sector controlled according to the Fair For Life standard, where several suppliers have a traceability system, allowing transparency of the production chain. Working for a better standard of living for producers, they use the Fairtrade premium in various infrastructures, training, social and environmental developments, etc.

Cane sugar

Origin : Brazil / Paraguay

Working with a sector means being in line with our CSR values:
The reduction of intermediaries allows us to foster lasting relationships with our producers by ensuring them an annual fixed price before harvest. Guaranteeing the stability of their employment, they can live decently while considering the development of their exploitation.

The Brazilian cane sugar from Fair Trade controlled according to the Fair For Life standard, used in our products, comes from the Loiret sector, produced in the Machado factories in Goianésia, Brazil. By dealing with this company, we guarantee environmental protection, as well as economic and social development (jobs, wages and technology).
The sector values ​​each of the producers and offers them several programs on their services, programs to which the Fair For Life Development Fund (www.fairforlife.org) applies:
- Essay competition (to encourage reading and writing),
- Football school: The Jalles Machado Sports Association has, since 1997,
- Organic vegetable garden,
- Dentition Project: prevent dental diseases, and carry out educational actions for children in schools and other public institutions.

Paraguayan cane sugar from Fair Trade controlled according to the Fair For Life standard, used in our products, comes from the Hibernia Misiones sector, which is first an alcohol distillery, but also specializes in organic sugar.
This sector allows them to invest in new agricultural equipment, to reduce maintenance and harvesting costs, to set up a weekly farmer's market which benefits families to improve their quality of life. Hibernia Misiones provides regular training for its producers on organic farming. Quality seed planting programs are planned for 2020-2021.
The sector values ​​each of the producers and offers them several programs to which the Fair For Life Development Fund (www.fairforlife.org) applies:
- Funding of a medical establishment with a doctor giving free care 4x / week to families.
- Obtaining the Fair For Life Premium in 2020, made it possible to finance a social pharmacy, in addition to the medical establishment.
