Chicken curry with raw cashew nut butter by @Vie sans gluten

- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp raw cashew nut butter
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tomate pelé et coupé en petits dé
- 1 chicken breast
- ½ tsp pepper powder (option)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 15 cl soy cream
- 15 cl water
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cut the chicken breast and brown the onion and chicken in olive oil over medium heat
- As soon as the onion is translucent and the chicken is almost cooked, add the spices, tomato and tomato paste.
- Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add cashew nut butter, add water and soy cream.
- Mix everything again and cover, cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat
- Add a few fresh coriander leaves and cashew nut for the crunchy side and accompanied by basmati rice
