Falafels with raw white almond butter by Vie Sans Gluten

Very easy
- 400g canned chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1egg
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp raw white almond butter
- 1 handful of crushed almonds
- 1 tbsp chopped parlsey
- Pepper
- Salt
- Coarsely mash the chickpeas
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
- Form the falafels in the palm of your hand
- Brown them for a few minutes in a fryer or in a pan with a little oil.
- It's ready !
