Broccoli pasta by Happy and veggy

Preparation tips
Very easy
- 1 broccoli
- 200ml d'Amandina culinary preparation made with almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- Herbes de Provence
- Olive oil
- Semi-wholemeal pasta
- Optional: malted yeast, slivered almonds
- Cut the broccoli (including the tail)
- Cook the broccoli in salted water with the 2 garlic cloves and Herbes de Provence.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta
- Once the broccoli is cooked, drain it, pour the Amandina into the pan, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and mix, keeping 1 or 2 florets for decoration
- Mix the pasta with the broccoli cream and decorate with a few florets and possibly almonds To add a little cheesy taste, you can put 1 tbsp of malted yeast
