Stir fry basmati rice with lentils & tahini sesame butter

Very easy
- 1 kg potatoes
- 250 g basmati rice & lentils from Beendi brand
- 2 tbsp tahini sesame butter
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp paprila
- Based plant drink
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes into water for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brown the rice/coral lentil mix in a hot pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Add 640ml of water.
- Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 14 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, tahini sesame butter & paprika. Mix and adjust.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with 1 cup of cooking water. Salt, pepper.
- Cover the rice/lentil mix with the potatoes.
- Make a grid with a fork, brush with based plant drink and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
