Falafels with raw white almond butter by Vie Sans Gluten

Very easy
  • 400g canned chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1egg
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp raw white almond butter
  • 1 handful of crushed almonds
  • 1 tbsp chopped parlsey
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Coarsely mash the chickpeas
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
  • Form the falafels in the palm of your hand
  • Brown them for a few minutes in a fryer or in a pan with a little oil.
  • It's ready !
